"The Division of Control and Accounts is responsible for maintaining all books, records, and accounts of the State Treasury which relate to the finances of the State government" (AAC, 355-1-1). The Division of Control and Accounts uses these printouts to show corrected accounting entries that have been made by moving amounts from one accounting distribution to another. They are also used to verify data on the Journal Entry Registers (W-9-34). The information on these reports includes the control date, control group number, journal numbers, fund numbers, program numbers, object numbers, organization numbers, and amounts.
